Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for a remote role based in Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads. You will handle member inquiries by phone, addressing eligibility, plan benefits, and billing or scheduling needs during daytime hours (9:00 AM–5:30 PM).
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, data entry experience, and scheduling skills. Epic Beaker familiarity is a plus, with a preference for experience in high-volume call centers.
