Alterra Mountain Company seeks a friendly Reservation Agent to help customers book ski and snowboard rentals from a remote home office. You will handle calls, emails, and inquiries, guiding guests through the reservation process with attention to accuracy and friendly service.
This seasonal, part-time role offers $18/hour base and incentives for upsells and customer care. Shifts cover 8am-6pm Mountain Time during peak periods; weekend and holiday availability is required.
