Customer Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service through every interaction.
Policy Management:
Oversee and maintain accurate client records, ensuring all details are up-to-date and comprehensive.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and company.
Policy Recommendations:
Provide informed advice on insurance policies based on client’s evolving needs, enhancing their coverage options.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, promoting trust and loyalty to Hartshorne & Curley Insurance.
Collaboration:
Work alongside the rest of our dedicated team to identify potential cross-selling opportunities, fostering growth within the client portfolio.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends and company policies to offer the most relevant information to clients.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or account management within the insurance industry is a must.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Customer-Oriented:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Computer
Skills:
Proficient in using AMS
360, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology tools necessary for communication and record-keeping is a big plus.
Team Player:
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
