AAA Washington is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our remote team on a temporary basis, with opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
You will provide customer service and technical assistance to AAA members, handling ERS, membership and account support while promoting member retention. Training lasts about eight weeks with shifts 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., after which schedules vary, including evenings and weekends.
