TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support a health plan during enrollment. This fully remote contract role handles benefit questions, coverage guidance, and delivers exceptional service to members.
Expect 50-70 inbound calls daily with strict adherence to quality and compliance. A minimum of two years in a call center and a HS diploma are required;
Medicare/Medicaid payer experience is a plus.
