Are you a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and creating positive first impressions? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll engage with prospective clients, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments with licensed representatives. No prior industry experience is required we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• Contact prospective clients and introduce available benefit programs
• Qualify individuals by asking a few simple questions to understand their needs
• Schedule virtual appointments with licensed representatives
• Confirm appointments and provide clients with any necessary information before their meeting
• Maintain accurate records and update appointment details in the system
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience with every interaction

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
• Customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is an asset but not required
