As a Remote Account Representative
, you’ll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. Your role is to reach out, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their coverage options in a professional and supportive environment.

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Understand client needs and provide guidance on available coverage options

• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
