Overnight Client Receptionist (4 On / 4 Off Schedule)

Looking for a stable overnight position where you're treated like a professional—not a scripted call center employee? Range Telecommunications has been providing professional telephone receptionist services to businesses nationwide for more than 50 years, and we're looking for a full-time Client Receptionist to join our midnight team.

As a Client Receptionist, you'll answer incoming calls for businesses across the country, accurately relay messages, and provide a calm, professional first impression for every caller.

We answer calls for funeral homes, law offices, home health agencies, property managers, and hundreds of other businesses that rely on us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This is not a sales position. There is no telemarketing
, and no scripts
. We encourage you to communicate naturally while maintaining professional service standards.

• 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• 4 days on / 4 days off
• 10-hour overnight shifts

Your schedule remains on the same rotating pattern year-round, making it easy to plan vacations, appointments, and personal time well in advance.

• Four consecutive days off after every four shifts
• Paid time off begins accruing immediately (available after 4 months)
• Performance-based raises reviewed twice each year
• Double-time pay on holidays and select premium shifts
