Sentara Health is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Virginia Beach or the Hampton Roads area and be able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise.
Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The CSR handles telephone inquiries from members or patients and resolves issues related to eligibility, plan benefits, claims, billing information, payment plans, and scheduling.
