Duke Energy is seeking an Associate Call Center Representative to join the customer care team in a remote/hybrid capacity. The role focuses on delivering excellent service for billing inquiries, service orders, and trouble calls while supporting business objectives.
Training starts on the start date and lasts about 10 weeks, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, with first-day onsite attendance required. Overtime and storm duty may be required as needed.
