Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and serve as the primary customer interface for inquiries. You will guide members, educate on policies, and advocate for solutions that improve satisfaction.
Ideal candidates reside in Nebraska or the Omaha metro area; training is remote for 9–12 weeks, followed by 8.5-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST. First class starts in September 2026.
