Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead customer service representatives on a seasonal, remote assignment from September to December, ensuring program objectives and service level agreements are met. Shifts run 7am–7pm CST, with mandatory overtime on Mondays during production and on 12/11; overtime opportunities may be available as volunteer OT.
The position is fully remote, but you must reside within 75 miles of the Maximus location in Lawrence, KS and be able to pick up and return
