TEKsystems is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our client's remote team serving the Eastern Region from PA to FL. This high-volume call center role requires resilience, professionalism, and strong technical skills.
The position is a 6-month contract with potential to go long term. Remote, East Coast residents only, shifts 8 AM–6 PM EST, 60–120 calls per day, equipment provided and onboarding for 2–4 weeks.
