Tempus, a precision medicine company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate sample and documentation requests with partner labs, triage order issues, and coordinate shipping and receiving.
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Lab teams to drive customer retention and faster turnaround times, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and build trusted relationships with laboratory staff to ensure accurate, timely service.
