Xplor is seeking a Customer Success / Account Manager to own the relationship with assigned clients, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will establish trusted advisory relationships and work to expand value across our Field Services software suite.
The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive, self-starting mindset, with familiarity in Salesforce and Zendesk a plus. This is a remote position across the United States.
