Working remotely, you will support members and providers by answering benefit questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through next steps to ensure they feel informed and supported.
You will handle 40+ inbound calls daily, document interactions, escalate when needed, and meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining HIPAA-compliant privacy.
