Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and act as the primary interface for members. You will research information, navigate policies, comply with regulations, and educate customers while aiming to improve satisfaction and service outcomes. Training is remote for 9–12 weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. CST. After training, employees must be available for 8.5‑hour shifts Monday through Friday between 7:30
