the company is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead for Salon Biz, guiding a team of CSMs, Coaches and Onboarding Specialists while managing a portfolio of customers. You'll drive adoption, retention and growth and collaborate with the Manager of Customer Success.
You will coach, mentor, and scale processes, influence cross-functional teams, and shape customer outcomes across the lifecycle. This role is remote in the United States, with travel to North America HQ possible.
