TEKsystems is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s fully remote team servicing the Eastern Region from PA to FL. This high-volume call center role requires resilience, professionalism, and strong tech skills.
You will handle inbound calls, manage system changes, and use MS Office applications to support workflows. The position is a 6-month contract with potential for long-term, remote on the East Coast, and shifts between 8AM-6PM EST.
