Alert Media, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to work remotely on a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST shift. You will assist customers by phone, email, and live chat, resolving technical product questions and account issues with professionalism.
In this role you will review inbound tickets and live chats, escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams, and maintain calm, empathetic communication while helping customers quickly find solutions.
