Knowledge Rhino is hiring empathetic customer service professionals to support customers with escalated roadside assistance concerns from a work-from-home setting. You will guide customers through stressful situations by listening, taking ownership, and driving cases to timely resolution.
Preferred experience includes roadside assistance, automotive care, towing, dispatch, or insurance. Training paid at $10.00 per hour, then production pay at $13.50 with bonuses; schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00
