To support customer engagement, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries regarding electric and gas services, educate customers on billing details, and ensure high satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information and solutions
- Educate customers on billing details, payment options, and available assistance programs
- Document customer interactions and focus on achieving first call resolution
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience is required
- 1 year of call center experience is preferred
- Ability to conduct research efficiently under time constraints
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection
