TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative to support a health plan enrollment period. This is a fully remote, 5-month contract opportunity for candidates who can work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CT and reside in eligible US states.
You will handle benefit questions, guide coverage choices, and deliver compassionate service to seniors. Ideal applicants have at least 2 years in a call center, strong communication, and the ability to manage high inbound volumes.
