Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from Ryder Platinum National Accounts, Ryder Shops and On Demand Customers.
You will schedule truck and trailer breakdown service and preventive maintenance, while delivering outstanding service. The role requires 3+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
