Humana is seeking a Specialty Inbound Contacts Representative 2 for remote work. You will handle 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers, resolve benefit questions, document interactions, and escalate issues when needed.
This role requires at least 2 years customer service, ability to work in Central or Eastern Time Zone, and experience using multiple systems. Training starts in August 2026 with 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET, and you will work 8-hour shifts after training.
