Texans Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative for our Member Connect (Call Center) team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by phone, with hybrid remote work after the initial training period.
The position requires working on-site at least twice a week after training. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a call center environment, preferably with a financial institution, and must pass background and drug screening.
