CLEAResult is hiring a Bilingual Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist for a remote role. You will assist utility customers to save money, improve home energy efficiency, and support multiple programs across platforms with a focus on service quality.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish, 6 months of customer-facing experience, and the ability to type 35+ WPM. Compensation is $18.75/hour plus a $65/month internet stipend.
