Allegion is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist 1-Remote Indiana. The role supports customer service across one assigned brand, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and the Allegion portal.
Training is provided and may occur on-site near Indianapolis with a flexible remote work arrangement. You will use CRM and ERP systems to document requests, follow SOPs, and meet SLAs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
