Dexian is seeking a customer support specialist to handle inquiries and complaints about financial products and services. Training will be onsite for 6 weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule with 5 days onsite and 5 days remote.
Candidates must not miss training and be ready to work from home part of the time in Chandler, AZ. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in complaint resolution, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to de-escalate customers over the phone.
