Fourth Floor seeks a polished Brand Ambassador for a prestigious luxury Maison at the Client Relations Center in Grand Prairie, TX. This contract role combines in-office and remote work with a 3/2 hybrid schedule and rotating shifts to serve discerning clients.
You will deliver premium omnichannel service, convert inquiries into sales, manage client data in Salesforce/SAP, and deepen brand knowledge to support gifting and after-sales care for a global clientele.
