Accendra Health is seeking a courteous Customer Service representative to educate patients on products and services, handle high-volume calls, and place supply orders. Remote work is offered, with training on-site in PT hours, Monday to Friday 8:30–5:00.
A High School Diploma and customer service experience are required;
Spanish/English bilingualism is preferred. You will work in a role focused on delivering a positive patient experience, resolving issues, and meeting KPIs while collaborating
