CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States.
You will join a team that helps utility customers save money and improve energy efficiency through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email support, using multiple platforms. You will follow scripts, schedule visits, enroll customers in programs, provide program education, and deliver quality service while meeting performance metrics.
