CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services to drive enrollments in energy-saving programs. This role is fully remote in the US with a fast-paced outbound environment and performance-based incentives.
You will work from home, handle calls, meet daily targets, and collaborate in a remote team. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish), with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience and a high school diploma.
