Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead customer service representatives and ensure program objectives and service levels are met. This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position lasting roughly 6-8 weeks, with availability from September to December.
You will work an 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm CST, with mandatory overtime on Mondays during production and on 12/11. The role is fully remote, but residency must be within 75 miles of Maximus Lawrence, KS, and you must complete
