Optum is seeking a Pre-Visit Coordinator to support Remote Home-based Telephonic assessments, coordinating pre-visit information for House Calls visits. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment from home, serving members and providers with empathy and accuracy.
The role requires 2+ years in healthcare or related fields, bilingual English/Spanish, and availability to work from 9:45am to 6:15pm CST with occasional overtime.
