Sentara Health is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support members and patients with inquiries and scheduling. This role requires residing in Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads with on-site travel if connectivity issues arise; work hours are 3:30PM to 7:30PM, Monday to Friday.
Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service, data entry, and scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent is required;
