Mod Med in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as a post-sale consultant and trusted advisor to clients. You will own the Account Management escalation queue in Salesforce and serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
You’ll advocate for clients’ business goals, identify upsell opportunities, maintain regular communication, and document all client interactions in Salesforce.
