God’s Love We Deliver is seeking a Program Services Client Navigator to enroll clients into our programs across the Capitol Region with compassionate, client-centered outreach. This remote role requires travel and flexibility, with leadership based in New York City.
You will engage clinicians, social service providers, and community members to vet and enroll eligible clients for services, and you will manage inquiries from initial contact to resolution with accuracy and empathy.
