Accenture is seeking a Powertrain Service Center Warranty Authorization Agent (Remote) to authorize dealer warranty repairs for a major OEM. Work from a home office with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
The contractor engagement is via eTeam, with compensation determined by the supplier. Responsibilities include processing warranty claims, answering dealer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.
