F.H. Cann & Associates is hiring exceptional Customer Service Representatives to support a state-wide program. This CSR team will handle inbound calls to start/stop/transfer service and assist with payments, online accounts, and billing tasks.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong data entry and typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; remote work may be possible in some circumstances.
