WTW is seeking a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative (non-bilingual) to support plan participants through enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans. The role is remote with in-office needs within 2 hours of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and requires DAY 1 presence on-site for equipment pickup.
Starting pay is $18.50/hr during training (about 1 month) and increases to $19.25/hr after onboarding. Hours may be 32–40 weekly, with potential overtime during busy seasons.
