Job Title

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing written customer inquiries and executing contract changes in the electricity and gas sector
• Customer communication via email, chat, and phone
• Maintenance of the customer database and data entry
• No cold calling or sales – you will only process orders from existing and interested customers who benefit from our tariff optimization.

• High level of diligence and reliability
• Enjoyment of back-office tasks, written case handling, and telephone service
• Experience in customer service or commercial case handling, e.g., as a service center agent (m/w/d), in customer support or similar, is required
• Interest in contract optimization for electricity and gas contracts
• Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form
• Good proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk or similar
