Finity, Inc. is seeking a full-time Wellness Services Representative to join our fully remote call center.
The ideal candidate will assist health program members through inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish, register members to wellness programs, and help navigate wellness portals. This role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, the ability to handle a high volume of calls, and strict adherence to HIPAA.
