What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with Customers:
  Handling back to back live interactions and inbound calls to welcome, assist, and answer important questions for Medicare and Value-based Care members.
• Guiding Care:
  Educating members on physician networks and helping them schedule the appointments they need.
• Keeping Records Accurate:
  Documenting calls, processing requests, and updating account histories with precision.
• Handling the Details:
  Performing data entry and verifying documents to keep everything organized and up-to-date.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Tech-Ready: A smartphone for tool authentication and a reliable, compatible home internet connection (No mobile wifi, Verizon, T-mobile, Boost Mobile, or MetroPCS).
• Communication Pro:
  Strong writing and verbal skills.
• Fast & Focused:
  Ability to complete a quick typing assessment (minimum 25 wpm).
• Adaptable:
  You handle process changes with ease and enjoy working independently.
• The Basics:
  Must be 18+ years old, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to complete a background screening.
