Patient Scheduling Coordinator - Call Center Environment

Hybrid (On-site training, remote role) | Indianapolis | 8am - 5pm, M-F

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and patient‑focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and demonstrates empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

+ Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.

+ Follow and reinforce all scheduling policies and procedures.

+ Communicate essential information for each scheduled appointment to patients and internal teams.

+ Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.

+ Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.

+ Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, peers, and supervisors on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 1+ years of recent call center experience.

+ Strong customer service and data entry skills.

+ Ability to adapt to changing workflows or departmental needs.

+ High attention to detail, especially with data entry.

+ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think quickly in challenging situations.

+ Demonstrates empathy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
