- As a Chat Screening Representative at eHealth, you will:
Respond promptly to incoming chat requests and provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner;
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
Utilize various software and systems to accurately document and track customer interactions;
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution;
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience;
