Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus
This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week. The working hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.
