PRIME Therapeutics is seeking a Seasonal - Bilingual Member Service Specialist to support Prime members remotely. You will handle calls and emails about medications, benefits and order processing, and provide empathetic, accurate responses while following HIPAA guidelines.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred. A High School diploma or GED is required, and you must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
