Minted is seeking a Customer Service Team Supervisor for a remote seasonal role based in the United States. You will supervise CS Leads and CSRs, coach on performance, and drive productivity while maintaining a high-standard customer experience.
You will liaise with cross-functional teams and site leaders to ensure consistent service levels across Minted's customer base. You will lead by example, stay current on Minted products and policies, and manage shifts, feedback, and performance reviews.
