Job OverviewBlue Sky Limo is hiring Beaver Creek Airport Transportation Dispatch Agents to manage reservations, communicate with guests, and coordinate schedules for travelers from Denver International Airport to Beaver Creek, Avon, and the surrounding mountain resorts. This role is ideal for organized professionals with hospitality, customer service, reservations, dispatch, or call center experience who can stay calm, accurate, and service-focused during busy travel periods.
Local knowledge of Beaver Creek, the Vail Valley, and Colorado airport transportation is a strong plus, and highly qualified remote candidates may be considered based on their experience and overall fit.
As a Beaver Creek Airport Transportation Dispatch Agent, you’ll be at the center of our guest communication and reservation operations. You’ll handle new bookings, respond to inbound phone calls and messages, arrange return trips, relay schedule updates, and make sure travelers clearly understand their airport shuttle details as plans change. This is a phone- and computer-based position that requires strong communication, organization, and consistent follow-through.
The pace can be fast during ski season, on busy weekends, during holidays, and amid weather-related travel disruptions. You should be confident managing changing details without losing accuracy or composure, and recognize that high-quality dispatch work directly shapes both the guest experience and the smooth, on-time operation of our Beaver Creek airport transportation service.

- Coordinate with drivers and operations staff when schedules change because of flight delays, guest plan adjustments, weather, traffic, or timing conflicts.
- Maintain accurate reservation notes, schedule records, and trip details to ensure information remains reliable across the operation.
- Handle guest questions professionally during busy call periods, maintaining calm, accurate, service-oriented communication.
- Support a polished guest experience by combining hospitality instincts with strong operational discipline.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- You must be comfortable speaking with guests over the phone and accurately handling reservation details.
- You need your own computer and smartphone for the role.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
- 12 Months of hospitality, customer service, reservations, dispatch, or call-center experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume communication and changing travel details is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of Beaver Creek, Avon, the Vail Valley, Eagle County, and Denver airport transportation logistics is highly valuable.
- You must be dedicated to performing at a high level and handling busy periods professionally.
- You must be eligible for lawful employment in the United States.
- You must be able to reliably work scheduled shifts and promptly communicate any changes in your availability.
- Expect coverage needs during early-morning, late-evening, weekend, and holiday travel windows, especially during peak ski-season demand.
- You should have a professional home-work setup with stable internet access and a quiet environment for guest communication.
- Training will be provided, and prospective employees may be subject to standard hiring review and background checks.
This role sits on the communication side of a premium transportation business. On a typical shift, you may confirm new reservations, help with return-trip planning, answer guest questions, adjust timing when flights move, and coordinate changes with the operations side of the business. Good dispatch work is measured in clarity, accuracy, and steady follow-through.
